Joy Space
Joy Space sits at the intersection of wellness, design, and culture. The vision was clear, but translating it into a digital experience that felt distinct, elevated, and functional required a more considered approach
The starting point
As a new venture, Joy Space was building from the ground up. The challenge wasn’t just creating a website, it was articulating a vision that balanced clarity with edge.
In a saturated wellness landscape, there was a strong desire to avoid the expected. No clichés, no generic design. The platform also needed to serve multiple audiences: practitioners, clients, and event or corporate bookings.
The approach
We approached the project as both a strategic and creative exercise.
Through exploration and iteration, we developed a structure that separated the offering into two clear pathways: Joy (practitioners and sessions) and Space (venue hire and events). This became a defining feature of the user experience.
Design direction leaned into minimalism with an abstract, modern edge. Allowing the brand to stand apart while remaining intuitive to navigate.
The site was built to support both discovery and action. Exploring practitioners, booking sessions, and enquiring about the space.
The transformation
The final result feels intentional and distinct.
Users can easily understand the offering and navigate to what they need. Whether that’s booking a session, exploring practitioners, or hiring the space. For the founders, the website provides clarity around their brand and a platform that reflects their vision without compromise.
What could have felt complex now feels simple, structured, and quietly striking.
The outcome
Clear dual-path user experience (practitioners + space hire)
Increased ease of booking and enquiry across offerings
Estimated 2–4 hours/week saved through streamlined structure
Platform supporting 12+ practitioners and multiple revenue streams
Strong, differentiated visual identity within the wellness space
