She has a distinct ability to step into complexity and bring structure to it. Often, this means helping clients articulate what they’ve been circling for months, then building the systems and digital presence to support it.

Meet Rachael
Rachael Peri (NZ Māori — Ngāti Awa, Tūhoe) is the founder of GroundWork, a digital studio supporting creative and wellbeing-led businesses to build a presence, and the operational foundations, that allow them to grow with clarity.
With over eight years’ experience across web development, UX, and digital systems, Rachael brings a rare combination of technical depth and strategic thinking. She trained in UX at RMIT and studied web development at Enspiral Dev Academy, before spending the past six years working closely with purpose-driven organisations and founders.
Her work sits at the intersection of structure and intuition. Translating ideas, values, and vision into something tangible, functional, and enduring.
After a period working in government and not-for-profit communications, she returned to independent practice with a clear focus. Supporting people doing meaningful work to build businesses that are not only beautiful, but sustainable behind the scenes.
Rachael is based between Naarm (Melbourne) and Bali, working with clients across Australia and internationally.
